Latifa El Hachem is a Lebanese Artist and Product Designer. For her, making art is like diving deep into this otherworld, mysterious parallel universe, where everything is possible.

She takes time to ensure that what emerges seems sufficiently satisfactory at all levels (self-expression and aesthetic aspects). The result frequently takes on a primitive identity, almost tribal art that comes from afar and sticks to the collective unconscious. She does not try to paint art as an impulse that imposes itself and must be satisfied but as an impulse for life. She does not seek to divert objects, but creating a work from "Nothing" pleases her greatly.
