Vincent Girard est un artiste poitevin né en 1997. Formé à l’ÉSAM Caen/Cherbourg, il a ensuite mené une résidence remarquée à l’artothèque de Caen intitulée “Outre-monde” en 2023. Il est aujourd’hui installé à Rennes où il poursuit une œuvre regorgeant et symboles et de merveilleux. L’artiste évoque volontiers l’expression “entre chien et loup” pour qualifier son travail, désignant par là l’ambiguïté de ses compositions où plane l’incertain. Au printemps 2024, il est résidence à la Cité des Arts de la Réunion (avec CAC Passerelle, Brest).
