A l’adolescence, Corinne Tanguy écrit ses premiers poèmes et chansons puis des nouvelles en toute discrétion. En 1996, elle ose participer « Aux grands concours internationaux - Rencontre des poètes et artistes de Bretagne » et elle remportera ses premiers prix. Plusieurs de ses poèmes seront publiés dans la revue poétique annuelle « Les Cahiers du Sens ».
