Aurelie Galois barocque, mysterious and highly surrealistic paintings have always explored the twilligt zones of the human psyche, through uncanny subjects, secret symbols and fantasmagorical theatrical setups that both create and negate narrations. Alchemic and erotic rituals, dreams and nightmares, self celebration and selfoblivion are just some of the elements in Galois multilayered paintings, who seem to belong to a world of itself, a world, where we’re only allowed to enter, if we engage with our own secrets and fears.
