The caterpillar, having endured much suffering and tears, now expresses its anger – a natural reaction to the unknown future. This anger is an important step in the process of accepting change, symbolizing the inner struggle and resistance to what is inevitable. Despite the rage, it is no longer capable of stopping the transformation process.
