Sandra Foltz est une artiste plasticienne française née en 1968. Elle vit et travaille pendant de nombreuses années à Paris, puis à Montreuil et enfin s'installe à Angers où elle exerce actuellement. Après des études à la Sorbonne à Paris, et plusieurs stages dans de grands musées parisiens, elle est diplômée d'un Master en sciences de l'Art et obtient l'année suivante l'agrégation d'Arts plastiques.
